Yeti Airlines donate charities

As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR), Yeti Airlines on Wednesday donated Rs1.62 million to four different social organisations namely Marpha Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Blinknow Foundation and World Vision International.

The organisations received Rs407,016 each. The carrier said that the assistance has been possible with the help of passengers. Yeti Airlines donates Rs4 per flight for a cause. Till date, the airline has donated Rs16.93 million to various social organisations. It has been providing 50 percent discounts on plane tickets to disabled people, 25 percent for senior citizens, 33.33 percent for children and 90 percent discount for infants. Yeti connects eight different domestic destinations from Kathmandu.
